V. Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems the Crimea must receive Economic Independence in order to realize its Potential.
It was declared during the press-conference in Simferopol.
The Potential of the Crimea according to the Leader of the Parliament "is extremely powerful".
V. Lytvyn suggests the scrutiny of the issues to the peninsula power, that do not concern the law enforcement, security, defence, external policy sphere that is those issues that are the prerogative of the center.
First of all, according to him, the elections due to the party registers should be canceled. "It should be done in order to provide the representative and responsible power", - he informed.
Secondly, the total property inventory should be held in order to ascertain the owner of each object and supervise this mater.
Thirdly the total land inventory should be done in order to complete the relevant register and stop the uncontrolled allotment of the land areas.
Fourthly, it is extremely important to disroot the criminal structures out of the Crimea Republic.
One more problem according to V. Lytvyn is the necessity to sanitize the Peninsula from the point of view of ecological situation. "Everybody got used to the fact that the Crimea is the national health resort and notice only the Southern coast of the peninsula but nobody notice the dumps of radioactive waste that are collected in the Crimea, due to the certain adapt approximately 10 million ton. The situation event worse then concerning the rubbish and dust that are thrown on this fertile land year by year at the rate of 10 million ton, still it is the whole Ukrainian problem", - V. Lytvyn declared.
Not less important is the problem on drinking water supplement. According to him 80% of diseases the people have are caused by the water of low quality. "When we speak about the national idea one should consider this idea as such that would keep people from physical dying out, unemployment and spiritual degradation", - V. Lytvyn stressed.
Giving answers regarding the present situation in the Crimea Parliament V. Lytvyn characterized it by the proverb: "the falling out of lovers is the renewing of love". According to him, the representatives of one power are desperately trying to share all remained in the Autonomy".
V. Lytvyn also pointed out the attention on the fact that "the fight between the President and prime Minister as well as with the opposition leader is the direct way to the final destroying of the country".

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that there is a need to divide the authority between the Kyiv and Simferopol and it should be fixed on the legislative level.
